I have bought my ticket for the Paul McCartney concert which was my dream to attend but sadly I couldn't attend because of life troubles and it just got downwards from there. Unfortunately I had to sell my ticket but after one month I still didn't get my money back.
Even after I added all my data as a seller and sent photos from my id and bank statement the site just doesn't save it to the personal profile data and that's probably why I don't get paid back. There is no phone number for costumer support so if you need help fast good luck! After writing an email to the support explaining everything and sending the screenshots, it took them almost ONE full month for the support to recognise what the problem is and that I don't live in the UK and they told me that "they will be refunding me in a different currency. That's why they are now escalating this to their finance team as they'll need to process my refund manually, which will take 21 working days".
Has anybody outside of UK never bought a ticket and had sadly to sell it?
I'm the first one ever to do it?? I can't believe that! Now is almost Christmas and new years eve and it means that it will take more than 2 months total to get my money back.
That's the worst costumer experience I ever had in my life.
Total disrespect with the costumers and fans. Also the website doesn't work properly!
I will never buy anything from ticketmasters again!!

I am not too happy. I have been up since 7am, ready to get into a queue for Oasis tickets, but when I finally got to picking my tickets, I was rudely thrown out and accused of being a bot at 9:23.
I will attach a screenshot to prove this. Myself and three other members of my family were willing to pay the £200 per ticket for seats and, as mentioned above, were rudely thrown out at the final stages.

I contacted pissed consumer and chased my emails and finally they responded and were very helpful at that point. All I wanted was for a confirmation email to be resent and they did that

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I paid £5.95 each for two collector tickets for this gig. I thought I could pick them up at the venue, but the Glasgow Hydro staff told me that they would be sent out.
I've had various explanations from customer services, including that I didn't pay for extras, that they should have been here before the gig, that they were being reprinted and sent out, that they had already been dispatched, and the latest telling me again that I didn't have any extras. I have given up and just want my refund for the order.

Hi Onin, I want to change my ticket on the day due to the poor ticket sales. I paid almost £160 for a rear standing ticket which have now dropped to £109, and a front standing ticket is now £171, only £10 more.
So, I want to pay the difference for a better ticket.

Unfortunately, since your rebook new tickets from resale, we won't be able to process a refund for your original booking.
As mentioned above, we can only offer a refund if you have booked tickets for the same venue.
If you need to book for a different venue we are unable to offer a refund. We are also unable to offer a refund if you have rebooked resale tickets.
And your new booking reference should have the same price or higher as your original booking or we will not be able to offer you a refund.

I'm sorry, but that's completely unacceptable! I asked you to be sure and you said yes, you can book your preferred tickets through the website, and that is what I did. The fact you have the resale ones right next to the main ones shouldn't make a difference, and the price is higher than what I paid for the original ticket.
This is completely unacceptable and basically theft! And you can be sure I'll be putting in a complaint about this if I cannot get a refund, as I asked you in the first place.
It's the same venue, the same show, and the ticket price is more than I originally paid.
I don't need two tickets and can't afford both, so I am demanding a refund of the original ticket.

You clearly do not completely understand me as I've already mentioned. I was not told at any point in the above chat that I couldn't purchase a resale ticket (look through the chat, I was told to book my preferred ticket) and might I add, a resale ticket that was on the main Ticketmaster website! And also, the price was higher than what I originally paid.
My original order price was £160.40, my new order price was £170. I do not have the money to pay for two tickets and have already spoken to my bank about recovering the transaction. I'm sorry, but the customer service on this transaction was extremely poor, and through a lack of them fully explaining ALL of the terms, I am now massively out of pocket. I want to actually speak to someone on the phone and I want contact details to put in an official complaint.
As mentioned, I've already spoken to my bank about this and I have copied this whole chat down as evidence to show that I have clearly not been fully informed by the staff here. I frankly will not let this lie as I can't afford to.
So please, I require a contact address/phone number to file a complaint.

I had purchased tickets for UB40 at Cardiff on the 7th November ( these were purchased in 2023)
I had a confirmation email with my ticket seats for myself, my fiancé and my 15 year old daughter.
The tickets had showed in my ticket master app for the first whole year.
On the night, we travelled to Cardiff on the train. I went to get the tickets and they were not showing any where in the app!!
I kept going to my confirmation email which states show tickets and none were available :(
I tried to contact ticket master but there is no phone number to speak to someone, the live chat said someone would contact me within 24 hours! Hence the day after the gig.
The email states that I couldnt not use the email as a ticket.
We had to return home on the train. My daughter so disappointed
I have requested a refund, and now ticket master are trying to fob me off with saying my tickets were on another email.
Which happens to be the exact same email I have been using to locate the tickets for the entire year!!!
I have purchased alternate tickets to see them. But I am disgusted with the lack of support and assistance from ticketmaster.

I found it impossible to speak to someone. I ended up buying three ordinary tickets instead of a wheelchair and companion, along with a seat nearby for a person with special needs. If I could have actually spoken to someone, it would have taken less than five minutes of their time, and I could have gotten what I wanted.

Unable to get in touch and not easy to communicate with.
I have 2 accounts and need to merge into one and have lost my latest ticket to Jeff Lynn concert.
It would be good to make it easier to get in touch ,talking to robots or chats are not ideal. A genuine contact number would be helpful.
