Upgrade Leeds tickets
i accidentally bought a leeds festival non camping ticketed instead of camping, i have bought a camping ticket and have applied for a refund on the non vaping ticket.. its telling me the refund is not gauranteed however i really need one and dont see why i wouldnt be eligible. thanks.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They assisted with sorted out accessiblity issues for disabled friend who I was buying a ticket for. Register for disabled access before you buy tickets, not easy when you don’t know if you’ll need it, but it’s worth having it first future use.
Had not been able to get a clear answer from an ai bot, so eventually found a number to ring. Spoke to a real person, which was great, but she couldnt put me through to a person who could answer disability accessibility as that department is only online!!!
No confirmation of tickets
Hi I have purchased 4 tickets for James Arthur 19th February at the o2
The problem is that I have not received ticket confirmation.
I have had your colleagues looking into this with no success.
I do not have any proff of payment as it isn't showing on Klana or my bank account
I bought 2 tickets in block 110 and 2 in block 103 row S seats 99 and 100. I just need to know if the order has gone through. If not I need to buy more tickets
Please hope you can help as this is taking a long time to resolve and the tickets are getting sold out for the area I wanted

Ticketmaster on the phone said they could not deal with the complaint over the phone. Unacceptable.My issue is that I can’t login in to my account.I am receiving no response.

I have already emailed your ticket line regarding the non-receipt of tickets for the One Republic concert this week on Saturday, 20 September, at the Birmingham Arena. I have not received any answer.
Can you please confirm where the tickets are or when we will receive them? I am unhappy about the lack of response and the inability to contact Ticketmaster directly.

Impossible to buy a gift card, rubbish website, and terrible phone line. It shouldn't be this difficult to be a customer.

They didn't seem to grasp that I had 2 accounts with different emails.
They kept telling me my tickets on my laptop account - as if I didn't know.
They said that the details would appear on my phone nearer the gig (next October) despite the confirmation telling me to place my tickets in my phone wallet. They couldn't tell me how the tickets would end up on my phone nearer the time either, other than it was a security issue.
My phone account has a different email.
I can't change the email on either because the system says they're already taken.
It's a catch 22 loop!
The phone conversation, and the subsequent email exchange simply repeated the loop phenomenon. I don't think they know how to sort this and I'm now concerned that I'll not get my tickets on my phone for next October.

Do not use ticket master complete rip off !
I booked my tickets for the Transmit concert in Glasgow with my bank card for this year but couldn't go, so I obviously emailed Ticketmaster to get a full refund. I've been waiting for my refund since summertime this year.
Their attitude to the paying customer is shocking; very unprofessional call handlers. Do not use Ticketmaster!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Didn’t receive Tom Grennan souvenir tickets.
After I emailed them for a 3rd time they sent me 2 replacement tickets.
Just keep trying. It worked eventually.
I ordered a souvenir ticket with my tickets for Tom Grennan which I never received. Unfortunately the lady I spoke to was unable to help.
She said I had to do it online. Which I have.
Still not received any. I give up

Tried to buy tickets for Luke Combs, was in the queue for an hour, got in, and then wouldn't let me choose the 3 seats for myself and 2 carers. It kept saying I need 2 seats side by side, which I did have.

Really hard to get hold of someone via phone nor email to resolve my issue . Phone number from on line search was lot the right customer service the email address they gave me bounced back and was incorrect. There was no interest in helping me
Ticket problem
I joined the queue as soon as it opened. I got to the front, and it wouldn't let me buy the tickets.
All my kids are upset. Very bad service.
Will never use Ticketmaster again. Would give no stars if I could.

Send email there here and everywhere. No point having a contact number as you just redirected to send emails.
Spoke to someone who just advised sending an email. Not good enough!! The representative should be able to solve your issue on the phone.

My account has been suspended due to suspicious activity - what ever that means. Have been sent links to verify my ID, but none of them work.
I have called customer services, they can only help with payments.
Have spent hours on chat, just keep getting the same message to create a new account.
I don't have a second email address and also I have £500 of tickets on my account, which I don't wan to loose. Have phone the US repeatedly my call have all been disconnected.
Have email and been told someone will be in touch with my prior to the evented - WHAT EVENT
